Municipalities in Latvia and Ukraine conclude the Memorandum of Cooperation
On 26 July the Memorandum of Cooperation between Gulbene municipality (Latvia) and Korop municipality (Ukraine) was signed.

On August 22 in Jelgava, at the 32nd congress of the Latvian Association of Local and Regional Governments (LALRG), its current leader Gints Kaminskis was elected as the chairman of the association for the next four years.
